How to install this skin on your vBulletin forum:

Step 1: Upload the 7M-(skinname) and (skinname) folders to your forum's root directory on your server using Binary FTP transfer mode
Step 2: Upload the xml
Open your Web Browser and enter your forums Administrative Controll Panel.
Goto Styles& Templates => Download/upload style click on browse, select the xml, remember to click "Ignore vb version"
To change the links in the header go to your AdminCP, Styles & Templates, Style Manager, then click on 7M-(skiname) If you scroll down the "header" you will see a # sign, simply replace that with the url you want.

simple upload both folders to your root vb directory
